If you’re currently dealing with leaking issues, the rebounder and belly dancing will help you to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles so you can improve (or even eliminate) your bladder leaking issues. I would recommend wearing a pad while you get stronger in your pelvic floor and limit excessive high bouncing as your body adapts.
I recommend getting a rebounder that is built with bungee cords rather than metal coils. You can find reasonably priced rebounders on Amazon as well as used ones on Facebook marketplace or Craigslist. Be sure to get one with a balance bar if you feel you need extra support as you get used to bouncing.
If you have balance issues I strongly recommend getting a rebounder with a balance bar and keeping your feet on the mat at all times until you feel stronger and more confident.
